Van Horn Dining Room's elegant ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner or a celebratory meal with friends and family. Guests can choose to dine in the cozy main dining room with white linens, candlelight and the wood burning fireplace or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the stunning views. Dinner can be accompanied by an outstanding bottle of wine from our extensive Wine Spectator Award-Winning list of vintages from vineyards worldwide.
The Isaac Bistro & Pub provides an upscale casual dining experience in an effortlessly cool atmosphere. You can choose to enjoy your meal by the fire in a leather chair or sit out on the patio in warmer months.

Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Mirador as we welcome Tony O'Rourke from Owen Roe for a thoughtfully curated wine pairing dinner celebrating the flavors of the season.
The evening begins at 6PM with passed hors d’oeuvres alongside the first featured wine, setting the tone for a relaxed and elegant experience. Guests will then enjoy a beautifully crafted three-course pairing menu, with each dish designed to complement and showcase the character, terroir, and winemaking artistry of the Owen Roe family of wines.
From vibrant seasonal ingredients to expertly selected pairings, this intimate dinner promises a memorable night of exceptional food, outstanding wines, and meaningful conversation in the stunning setting of The Mirador.
